Burrito Boy started as a family-owned and operated food cart in downtown Eugene in 1992. The owners named their venture after how their newborn son looked wrapped in a blanket: like a burrito.
As the pioneer of street corner fresh Mex in Eugene, we were founded on a simple principle: fast, delicious food at a great price.
The first restaurant opened on River Road in 1993 and was immediately successful. Today, Burrito Boy has six locations — each individually owned and operated, all serving the original family recipes made from scratch.
